In addition to the providers listed in provider lookup, members have two additional ways to get care, with no referral required:
Call Carelon at (888) 479-6606 for a broad network of providers for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment, including:
- Outpatient treatment
- Office and telehealth visits
- Inpatient treatment
- ABA therapy
- Member Assistance Program
Call Hinge Health at (855) 902-2777 for help with back, joint, or pelvic pain, at no cost to you
- App-based exercise therapy sessions
- Telehealth physical therapy appointments

Under certain circumstances, MLK Care members will use providers in the First Health network. Prior authorization is required to use the First Health network. To find a specific provider, or for a list of First Health providers, contact Member Services or the Fund.
